From time to time, I may price an item or order wrongly. If I discover an error on the product you’ve ordered, I will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it. 

 

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors.  

 

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail. 

 

I reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order). 

 

The purchase price of the product(s) will be added to the shipping costs. UK Shipping is free and the rest of the world is a flat rate of £20.00. Payment is via Paypal and the option to pay in 3 instalments is offered if your set up with PayPal allows. 

 

Delivery - Dwlivery can take up to 3 weeks. Exact delivery times can be discussed, fee free to use the contact option to discuss.  

 

 

ART : Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final.  

 

CLOTHING : Returns with 14 days - you must return the product within 14 days of purchase, product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Spoton.net has a registered company number, company name, and registered office. 

 

 

Shipping is handled by alpalart.co.uk and Royal Mail / DPD where customer address details will be shared. Delivery times may vary depending on location. 

 

 

By ordering and paying for the product on checkout you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s). 

 

English is the language used for the contract with alpal.com and our respective partner’s, customers and staff. 

 

After your order has been placed and payment is received I will process your order. You will receive an email from me to confrim your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by alpal.com nor does a contract between alpal.com and the customer exist at this point in time. 

 

Alpal.com acceptance of your order will take place when I receive payment, I will then email you to confirm your order and email again once that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and alpal.com. The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, you are obligated to pay off the total price of the artwork as per the agreed timeframe. 

 

alpal.com are not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our or their discretion. 

 

 

*PayPay offer the option to pay off your product in instalments, this is managed via PayPal. Payment is to be made via a Paypal.
